of experience in the industry as an Entrepreneur
who has always believed that technology - applied
is of supreme importance. A Bachelor of Commerce
and an MBA in Marketing from NIM, Ahmedabad.
He was Director of Technology
at Status Infonet Limited for 6 years. He was
the Managing Director of the XPLORA group comprising
of Xplora Interactive, Xplora Design Skool and
Xplora Systems. He has executed various IT projects
and is also a consultant to various technology
projects world over. He has in-depth technical
knowledge in areas of hardware, software, networking,
smart card technologies, biometrics, application
development, business processes and new technology
development. |

Mr. Rao is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Financial Officer of the company involved in
day-to-day management and handling various strategic,
financial, accounts and legal matters. A Chartered
Accountant and Bachelor of Sciences from Mysore
University. He has more than 20 years of experience
in operations, administration, finance and management
of firms and companies in services industry.
He has 13 years hands on experience in project
management, finance consultancy, company laws,
government transactions and strategic planning.
He looks after the over all operations of the
